How To Apply
Open Application Period 1 – April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025
The New York State WIC Program is now accepting applications from chain vendors in all regions of New York State. If you have questions about applying as a new chain, or adding new stores to an existing chain, please reach out to Public Health Solutions Vendor Management Agency (VMA) for additional guidance.
Requests for authorization from vendors outside Open Application Period 1 will only be considered in areas where there is inadequate participant access as defined by New York State. The Zip Code List identifies areas where stores are needed. If your zip code is on this list, complete the “NYS Request for Application” and submit the document, along with all required attachments to Public Health Solutions.
