Public Health Solutions (PHS) is a non-profit organization that provides WIC vendor management services throughout New York State. PHS oversees all authorized WIC vendors, processes applications for new WIC vendors and provides training, monitoring and technical assistance to WIC vendors, participants, and local agency staff.

The next routine eWIC system maintenance is scheduled to occur on Tuesday May 26th, 2026 and Wednesday May 27, 2026 beginning at 12:00 AM until 6:00 AM on each date.
